Established, but still expanding real-estate moguls sought to renovate a two-story brick building in the heart of re-emerging Strawberry Hill in Kansas City, Kansas. Having been utilized for several non-conforming uses over the past decade, we had the challenge of bringing the building up to code within tight developer-driven cost restraints.
The upper floor of this building has been designed with co-working in mind, creating several office suites of varying sizes, conference space, and open-café area. The first floor is leasable to two commercial tenants- our architecture office occupies one side, while the other side remains available.
